About Me

Mr Lim Yeong Seng is the Managing Partner of KLP LLP and an Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) Council Member.

With more than 35 years’ experience in audit, corporate recovery, tax, secretarial, finance and consultancy, Yeong Seng has cross-functional skills which enable him to assist clients in various ways. These include consultancy relating to financial management and enterprise risk management. His experience in judicial management, liquidation and litigation support is also invaluable in helping clients in cases of financial difficulties.

Additionally, Yeong Seng has been appointed the Chairman of TASK International, a member of Abacus Worldwide and the Forum of Firms. As the Chairman of TASK, he regularly attends regional and international audit and accounting conferences and the Forum of Firms meetings. His presence in these conferences can help enhance information and feedback to the Committee as to the development of IFAC, and other matters in the industry.

Prior to starting the firm in 1999, Yeong Seng was with a Big 4 firm for 7 years and a Japanese multinational company for 4 years. Having worked in large public accounting firms, Yeong Seng has extensive experience in the audit of medium to large companies, including those listed in the Stock Exchange of Singapore and Australia.

About Me

Ms Vivienne Chiang started her career with Ernst & Young, Singapore as an auditor.  During her employment with the firm, she undertook audit assignments in servicing, construction, manufacturing, insurance, trading, F & B and retail.  Her audit assignments include both public listed companies and subsidiaries of public listed companies.  Vivienne also had years of experience in the top 5 North American insurance company as their Financial Controller and Company Secretary. Her duties included overseeing the finance and administration functions, assisting the Board of Directors in corporate secretarial matters and assisting in investment management.

Since 1994, Vivienne commenced her own public accounting practice and over the years grew the practice into a top 20 firms in Singapore. On top of her extensive audit assurance assignments undertaken in many industries, she was also involved in assignments for tax advisory and compliance, internal control review and implementation, company valuation and projection, corporate capital financing and management and merger & acquisitions. 

Vivienne is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and Certified Public Accountant of Australia, a member of The Singapore Institute of Directors and an associate member of The Institute of Internal Auditors Singapore.  She is also an Accredited Tax Advisor, practicing tax in areas of personal, corporate, Goods and Services and other taxes. 

As a Practicing Management Consultant, she was involved in corporate finance advisory and her current area of interest is in Sustainability consulting.  Vivienne is also certified as a bilingual consultant, recognizing her ability to serve the Chinese speaking community.

About Me

Jason is Managing Director of CA.sg PAC, overseeing the firm’s development.

He has worked for over 30 years in the areas of assurance and advisory. His experience extends to due diligence, accounting, financial management and reporting advisory works as well as the audit of small and medium enterprises to MNCs locally and overseas, including engagements in China, Hong Kong, Macau, Jakarta, Melbourne and Germany.
He was also the managing partner of Lixin International since its registration in 2004 until the set-up and transition to CA.sg PAC in January 2015.

He is Fellow of both the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (“ISCA”) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”), a member of the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professional Limited (“SIATP”) as an Accredited Tax Advisor, and a member of the  Investigation and Disciplinary Panel of ISCA, and an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant.

About Me

Lim Chong Huat has many years of valuable experience in auditing, accounting, corporate secretarial, tax, valuation and other financial consultancy services. He has worked with many clients from various countries like Africa, Belgium, Canada, China, Colombia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Thailand, UK, US etc.

Lim Chong Huat also has a set up in China and he has good command of Mandarin. He is also alumni of 2 top universities in China – namely Tsinghua University and Beijing University.

Lim Chong Huat, through Milant & Associates LLP, is the founding member of OneSMP, an Asean network group set up in Singapore with accounting firms and professional services firms from Asean. With this network, he is able to link up clients with his connections in the Asean region and help his clients expand to the Asean region, in addition India, HK, China, South Korea and other Asia Pacific regions.

He has also conducted many seminars and talks for his clients and also associations in the area of taxation, tax planning, corporate structure, investments, setting up business in various countries etc.

Lim Chong Huat graduated from Nanyang Technological University in 1994. After graduated, he has been working as auditors and accountant in accounting firm, SMEs and MNCs. He is now holding the following titles:

About Me

Graduated from NTU school of accountancy in 1995 and is a practising member of Chartered Accountants Singapore.
He likes dealing with difficult accounts and crisis accounting management. For example, staff left the company with a damaged database and unfinished work, reimplementation of systems and policies due to new accounting standards. He formed a team to help clients resolve these problems with management support and cooperation.
His team has rendered audit and tax compliance services to clients from various industries: mega event organisers, MAS-regulated entities such as money changers and remittance and fund management entities with Capital Market Services Licenses, precious metals businesses, and other service-related entities, among others. Over the years, he has helped many clients improve their internal controls and operations through our recommendations for weaknesses that were identified during audits. He also works closely with our business affiliates to offer comprehensive services such as recruitment, training of new staff, business valuation etc.

About Me

Charles Parulian has more than 25 years of diverse professional experience providing statutory audits, grant audit, special audit, due diligence, internal audit, risk consulting and business advisory services to clients from various industries. From which is about 10 years, he was with one of the big four in Indonesia and Singapore.

He has an extensive experience in handling group audit of multinational clients and listed companies in Singapore and Indonesia. His client includes investment holdings, energy, construction, consumer goods, education, energy, engineering, food and beverage, government agency, healthcare, hospitality, insurance, manufacturing, professional service, retail and/or wholesale trading, shipping, technology and communication, and non-profit organization. Prior to set up this firm, he was one of the panel auditors for several Singapore government agencies.

He is a practicing member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. He is also a member of Singapore Institute Accredited Tax Professionals, Indonesia Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Indonesia Institute of Accountants.
